Enrollment Process

At Brick House Online Kindergarten, we strive to ensure a smooth and efficient enrollment process. Below is a detailed guide to help you understand each step from application to classroom access.

1. Application Process

​

• To begin the enrollment process, parents must complete our online application form under the green "APPLY TO KINDER TAB"  in the header and footer of the website. The application requires essential information about the student, such as name, age, previous educational background (if applicable), contact details etc.

• Once submitted, applications will be reviewed, and you will receive a confirmation email within 3-5 business days which will request the virtual meet and greet. ​

 

2. Interview

​

• The meet and greet is an informal meeting just to give us a chance to meet and chat. The parents and the student are required to attend the meeting. We can answer any questions you may have.  This meeting  also gives us an opportunity to learn about the needs of your child. 

• The interview will be conducted via Zoom, and a link will be provided in the confirmation email.

• Following a successful interview with the family,  a contract and payment link for tuition and registration fees will be emailed. Once the signed contract and payment are received, you will receive a link for Orientation.

3. Orientation

​

The orientation ensures that both parents and students are prepared for a successful start in our program. During orientation, we will cover the following:

• An overview of the daily schedule and curriculum.

• Expectations for student participation and engagement.

• A walkthrough of how to access course materials and assignments.

• Introduction of additional support staff support staff.

• School policies and expectations.

• Bring your questions, as well.
